Hungarian Hot Wax Pepper (Capsicum annuum) is a medium-hot pepper that is a cross between a banana and chile pepper. It’s mildly rated with a SHU of 750-3000 on the Scoville scale. Excellent for pickling or drying for your favorite salsas or just spicing up your favorite dish. Very easy to grow and tolerant of heat. Will turn from green to yellow to red with maturity.
