The Algonquin Library offers personal, one-on-one assistance on a number of technology related topics including setting up devices to access ebooks and audiobooks, help with using our online databases and electronic resources, and general help understanding your computer or mobile device.
Currently, to support responsible social distancing and prevent the spread of COVID-19, technology assistance appointments will be conducted online. All AAPLD technology assistance appointments are one hour long and will be conducted using Zoom. A computer or laptop with internet connection and a microphone, a mobile device with an internet connection and the Zoom app (iOS, Android) installed, or a phone will be required to allow our staff members to communicate with you during the Zoom meeting.
